Called to request information about riding and small children riding with parents. Person on the phone was extremely rude to me and basically called me a bad parent for even considering taking my child on a horse. I can understand if they don't allow it or don't think it's safe, they are the experts, but at least have some decency talking to customers who maybe don't have experience with horses. Do not yell at me on the phone like I'm an idiot for considering it. I will never visit this place!!
They let me take my daughter last year at 4, and I called and the person on phone was very rude. She said she had to be 6. Be consistent. Ill never recommend them to any one.
Great time, rode horses for about an hour. Reasonable rates. Very friendly staff.
We had a great time with their Pony Rides with Santa! They had some animals for a petting zoo. Those animals were very chill-except for the llama sometimes. They had adequate adults & teens w/ each pony or small horse and they were in costume. They even had a CindyLou Hoo and Santa of course. If that wasn't enough they also had tons of cookies and hot cocoa. It cost $10. My grandson rode for a long time and git to take another turn. And they had helmets for the riders. I highly recommend this child friendly event.
The trail we went on were amazing and the horses were great. I loved at the train there was a lot of up and down through Rivers it wasn't just a flats Trail but the woman that owned it was very aggressive towards her workers and help . I felt bad for them also they kept yelling at us on the trail about what to do with the horses even when we were doing what they ask. I was not very happy with that I don't feel like it was A very professionally run environment.
